Abhishek Bachchan is going to appear in ‘Housefull 5’ with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh.

In some good news, Abhishek Bachchan has now joined the cast of the upcoming comedy film ‘Housefull 5’. The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is scheduled to begin shooting in London this August.

Abhishek Bachchan, who was in the third film Housefull in 2016, shared his excitement about coming back to the comedy Housefull. He told that today he feels the same as he feels after returning home and he is very excited to work with Sajid Nadiadwala again. He said that he always enjoys working on the sets with his friends Akshay and Ritesh. This is going to be a blast that will happen in Bollywood after many years!

After his hit film ‘Dostana’ with John Abraham, Tarun Mansukhani is once again ready to collaborate with Abhishek Bachchan to direct ‘Housefull 5’. The actor is really looking forward to it and thinks it will be a blast.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala is thrilled to have Abhishek Bachchan back in ‘Housefull’. He believes that the actor’s commitment, great sense of humor and genuineness will really take the film up a notch.

Releasing Date?

Akshay Kumar had written ‘Five Times the Madness’ and shared a poster of the upcoming ‘Housefull 5’ in June 2023. Originally scheduled for Diwali 2024, the release date has been pushed to June 6, 2025. The filmmakers are hoping to take the lead with the comedy and chemistry of the star-studded cast.

Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in the 2023 sports drama ‘Ghoomar’ alongside Shabana Azmi, Saiyami Kher and Angad Bedi. Fans can’t wait for him to come back to the ‘Housefull’ series! It remains to be seen how this franchise fares at the box office. Will Bachchan convert this boat into a ship or sink it? The answer will be given on June 6, 2025.
